Privacy Policy

Account and order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the items you order and your order history.

Payment details are entered with our payment provider and are not stored by us. Where required by law we also record that you confirmed you meet the minimum age for age-restricted items.

Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and a cart session cookie so your cart works between visits.

To take and fulfil your orders, process payments, arrange pickup or delivery, send order confirmations and updates, provide customer support, run loyalty and promotions you opt into, meet legal and licensing obligations, and keep the store secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run your order: our payment processor, delivery providers (for delivery orders), messaging and email providers, and the software platform that hosts this store. They may only use it to provide those services, or where the law requires us to disclose it.

We use essential cookies for your cart and sign-in. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, legal and compliance purposes. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law, by contacting us below.

This store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it was last changed.
