Products, prices and stock levels are shown as accurately as we can and may change at any time. An order is only accepted once payment succeeds and we confirm it. If an item turns out to be unavailable we may substitute it with your agreement, remove it, or cancel and refund the affected part of the order.

The total you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm: items, any discount, applicable sales tax, any delivery fee, an order support fee, and an optional driver tip for delivery orders. Estimates shown earlier in the cart may differ from the final total.

Pickup and delivery are available where offered at checkout and during our open hours. Delivery is limited to the areas we serve and to addresses where delivery is lawful. Estimated times are not guaranteed. An adult aged 21 or older with valid photo ID must receive age-restricted items; we may refuse or cancel an order if ID cannot be verified.

Some products may only be sold to customers who are 21 or older. By ordering you confirm you meet the legal age requirement for this store's jurisdiction and that you are buying for yourself or another eligible adult. We comply with applicable licensing, hours-of-sale and delivery rules and may decline or cancel orders to meet them.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. Where an order is cancelled or an item is refunded, merchandise and tax are refunded to your original payment method; delivery and support fees may not be refundable once the order has been fulfilled, except where required by law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details confidential.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed; continued use of the store means you accept the updated terms.
